A rase case of nonfunctioning islet cell tumor is reported with a view of the literatures. A 35-year-old woman was admitted because of epigastric discomfort. Laboratory data, ultrasonography, computed tomography, endooscopic retrograde pancreatography, and angiogram led to the diagnosis of the pancreas cancer located in the body.
