Omental cysts are relatively rare. We reported an incidentally detected giant cystic lymphangioma of the omentum. A 16-year-old boy visited our hospital because of common cold, and abdominal swelling and fluctuation were pointed out. Abdominal ultrasonograms and computed tomograms revealed a multiple cystic tumor. The resected tumor was 32×23×15 cm in size and 7,100 g in weight, the largest in the Japanese literature. The surface of the tumor was covered with omental tissues. The histological diagnosis was cystic lymphangioma.
