A 26-year-old woman admitted for a 10 cm sacrococcygeal tumor having cystic and solid components was diagnosed with sacrococcygeal teratoma based on computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). The tumor was resected with the coccyx. Histopathological examination showed that the cystic component was mature teratoma and the solid component an ependymoma. Neither was malignant. Sacrococcygeal teratoma is rare in adults, and no case report exists, to our knowledge about that with ependymoma in the literature.
