AGSurg Forum
New project in collaboration with AGSurg for the 78th JSGS Annual Meeting
What is the AGSurg Forum?
- This is a new project linking the submission of papers for publication in AGSurg with the submission of abstracts to the JSGS Annual Meeting.
- The purpose of this project is to promote the submission of new original papers to AGSurg and to stimulate the JSGS Annual Meeting.
What is this project?
- Abstracts for publication in AGSurg will be solicited at the same time as abstract registration for the 78th Annual Meeting (November 1~December 15, 2022).
- Abstracts can be submitted at the same time as the regular program and AGSurg Forum.
- One abstract suitable for publication in AGSurg will be selected from the submitted abstracts in the four fields of review, upper gastrointestinal tract, lower gastrointestinal tract, and hepatobiliary/pancreatic.
- Selected abstracts will be invited to the AGSurg Forum, the program of the Annual Meeting. (Presentations are expected to be 25 minutes in length, including Q&A).
- Speakers are required to submit their presentations to AGSurg for peer review. The paper will then be published in AGSurg as a JSGS paper (tentative title) together with Q&A.
